Mairead Beaumont, LMHC

Sometimes life can be so beautiful, and sometimes it can seem daunting, scary, and overwhelming. I am here to walk on one’s journey with him/her/them to help make sense of this crazy and complicated thing we call life. I believe that no problem is too big when one views the person behind the suffering. I have found myself drawn to cases that are often avoided and cast out within the system, those that others struggle to help and find an answer for.

My background is as diverse as the people I like to help: I’ve worked in fast-paced community outpatient clinics, schools, and private settings. Each case is different and handled in a unique way. I use a combination of psycho dynamic and evidence based approaches. I have experience in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, chronic illnesses such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes, among other diagnoses. I’ve created and facilitated workshops for teachers, parents, and colleagues alike. I have a passion for educating others on a variety of topics related to mental health, as I have found that awareness brings healing.

To engage in therapy is a brave step towards positive change. I have the deepest respect for those willing to take on the challenge and will be your biggest advocate. It may not be easy at times, but it will always be worth it.

Rhianna Belair, AMFT, APCC

I strive to bring my understanding of my own humanity into my therapeutic practice, operating from a place of compassion and empathy whilst holding a light to the parts of oneself that are often difficult and unpleasant to see. Growth can be difficult, and one of the most brave and rewarding things that a person can do.

I have been practicing therapy since 2013. My experience ranges from working with children in the school system, to community based mental health services, and private practice. I specialize in trauma, advocacy, and empowering clients in their time of need. I will help you process difficult feelings, while providing a safe and informative environment that is reinforced within the therapeutic relationship.

I have experience working with PTSD, ADHD, Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, Addiction, Codependency, Attachment Disorders, Commercially Sexually Exploited Children, Reactive Attachment Disorder, Couples Therapy, Sensory Processing Issues, Postpartum depression and anxiety, and Personality Disorders. I graduated with my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University.
