I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I work with issues related to anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, attachment issues, grief, loss, relationship issues, and trauma.
My name is Anya Bates (she/her). I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a specialized focus in Expressive Arts Therapy (EXA). I will work with you using EXA to express your feelings and experiences, and use different tools that help you to enhance your physical, mental, & emotional well-being.
