Education:
• B.S. in Intercultural Studies from William Jessup University

With authenticity, empathy and humor, my goal is to work collaboratively with clients and to create a safe non judgmental space so that clients can confront inner conflict.
I have extensive experience with people who are in recovery from substance use addiction and eating disorders, as well as with individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. I have a passion for working with those who have body image and attachment issues. I enjoy working with adults of all ages, teens and families. I am trained in EMDR therapy and utilize a series of differing therapeutic modalities. I primarily utilize trauma-informed CBT and a warm, person-centered approach.
I strive to help my clients cultivate hope to meet their goals for therapy. I also hold the value of addressing people as whole and integrative and not just as the disorder or issue they wish to heal.
