I am passionate about working with individuals and couples who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or desire to increase personal understanding.

My deep appreciation of therapy grew out of my own experience of transformation and growth. Based on my own experiences, I am passionate about working with individuals and couples who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and loss or find themselves working toward greater understanding, acceptance, and growth associated with life transitions.

More specifically, I believe in the power and capacity of transformation and growth for all people. Embracing warmth, empathy, and acceptance to help develop a safe, supportive environment, I take an integrated therapeutic approach to support each client’s unique journey toward positive change and growth.

With well over a decade of work experience within the technology industry, I bring a unique understanding of the therapeutic process and the potential personal and relational challenges associated with high-pressure work environments. Using person-centered therapy, emotionally focused individual therapy, gestalt therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy, I strive to accept, validate, and support each person as they heal and grow to help provide the opportunity for a more engaged and satisfying life.

I also believe in the healing power of connection and draw from emotionally focused therapy to help increase couples’ understanding and awareness of negative interactional patterns allowing the couple to enhance their emotional, relational, and intimate connections. If you have reached a relational impasse or are struggling to deepen the connection or improve the health of your partnership, working together we can help transform your relationship into a healthier, more loving partnership.
