MA, LMFT
I have experience with children, adolescents, and adults. I have specialized experience with OCD and crisis work.
I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults. These are challenging times for our younger generation. As a therapist, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and encouraging environment for my clients to process emotions and learn skills to manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I enjoy helping my clients to improve their quality of life and relationships. I believe in motivating my clients to pursue their optimal potential and achieve their goals.
I have experience engaging in play therapy with children in elementary school. I also have experience working with adolescents, young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and stressful live experiences. For individuals experiencing OCD, I employ exposure and response prevention therapy. In addition to providing psychotherapy, I have a background in acute mental health and crisis work.
I am currently pursuing a doctorate degree in clinical psychology. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, listening to podcasts, reading, and spending time with family, friends, and my dog, Chewy.
