My approach is grounded in person centered care and integrates CBT, DBT, ACT, family systems, Gestalt techniques, and EMDR informed work to support clients in building insight, emotional safety, and lasting change. I am especially passionate about long term therapy and supporting adults healing from childhood trauma, while also helping couples and families strengthen communication and connection. I strive to create a thoughtful and grounded therapy space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the healing process.
