I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized mental health care for adults. I believe that mental wellness is an important part of overall well-being and take a holistic, person-centered approach to understanding each client’s unique experiences, needs, and goals.

I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, sleep difficulties, attention and focus concerns, mood changes, and challenges related to major life transitions and adjustments. My approach incorporates psychiatric evaluation, medication management, supportive therapy, mental health education, and collaborative treatment planning. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable discussing their concerns.

I am especially passionate about supporting women and mothers as they navigate the many demands of adulthood, including motherhood, relationships, career, personal growth, and changing life circumstances. My goal is to partner with clients as they develop practical tools, better understand their mental health, and work toward greater balance, peace, and overall well-being.
