Brianna Li

MA, AMFT

I work with teens, young adults, adults, and families, with a particular interest in supporting clients through anxiety, depression, ADHD, identity development, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

I also enjoy working with families and transitional age youth as they navigate periods of growth, uncertainty, and change. My approach is person-centered and collaborative, incorporating CBT and DBT while adapting to each client’s needs and preferences. I believe in meeting clients where they are, creating space for exploration and reflection, and balancing support with practical tools that help clients move toward their goals. I strive to create a warm and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their therapeutic process.
