Brianne Cotton
MA, LMFT
I am a clinical supervisor with a passion for helping teens and adults discover peace and authenticity in their lives with specialized focus on addiction recovery, inner child healing and freedom from codependency.
As a clinical supervisor at Yes To Therapy, I work with our associate therapists to provide guidance, support, and clinical oversight as they work toward licensure. Supervision focuses on developing clinical skills, ensuring ethical practice, and fostering professional growth.
I am a holistic therapist helping you to heal your mind, body and spirit. I meet with teens and adults struggling with a wide variety of issues including addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflicts and work/school stress. My personal and professional growth have led me to an intimate understanding of struggles specific to adult children of alcoholics/addicts, emotional sobriety and substance abuse recovery.
My approach is personalized to meet your unique goals with inspiration from depth, humanistic and transpersonal psychologies. I am a certified ecotherapist, Taoist meditation practitioner and former yoga teacher, all of which energize my work with clients. I may draw upon art, nature, nutrition, meditation, movement and spirituality to enhance your therapy.
You are capable of creating a life you want to live and you don't have to struggle alone to make it happen. The greatest gift I ever gave myself was admitting that I needed help -- therapy and recovery changed and saved my life. I hope to help you experience the same.
