Carmen Palacios
MA, ASW
I work with children, teens, and adults, supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, chronic illness, and higher acuity mental health needs.
My experience includes working with complex presentations such as psychosis, co-occurring disorders, and safety concerns, and I bring a steady, thoughtful approach to helping clients feel supported and understood. I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and person centered approaches, creating a space that balances structure with flexibility and encourages honest, open communication. I especially enjoy working with teens and young adults and strive to build strong rapport while supporting autonomy, safety, and meaningful progress.
