Charlotte Amrouche
MA, MS, APCC
I work with teens, adults, couples, children, and families, and I am passionate about working with survivors of trauma, as well as experiences of anxiety, depression, life transitions, explorations of identity and meaning, and interpersonal challenges.
I bring a relational, trauma-informed, and depth-orientated approach to my work with clients. My therapeutic framework can be best described as Person-Centered and Humanistic, meaning that our work together is led by your strengths and challenges within a space of connection and care. Other modalities I integrate include parts work, somatics and mindfulness, narrative therapy, and existentialism.
I bring honesty, creativity, trust, curiosity, cultural awareness, and warmth to the work we do together in therapy. Together we create emotional safety for you in your journey of healing and resiliency.
