MS, AMFT
I treat children, teens, adults, families, couples, and parents. I specialize in folks with disabilities, neurodivergence, and the LGBTQIA+ populations.
I work with children, teens, adults, couples, parents, and families, and have experience with a diverse range of issues, including anxiety, depression, disabilities, neurodivergence, and individuals and families navigating transitions. My approach is solution-focused, strength-based, and client-centered.
I was inspired to become a therapist after my own family benefited in life-changing ways through work with skilled, caring clinicians. Life is packed with challenges and meeting them empowered with stronger problem-solving skills and a clearer understanding of yourself and what you need to thrive is an essential form of self-care.
My approach to therapy begins with forming a collaborative bond with you, and creating a safe space to share, heal, learn and grow. You are the expert on you, and therapy can be used as a tool to broaden and strengthen your insight, understanding, empathy, communication, life skills, emotional regulation, and relationships of all kinds, including with partners, family members, friends, and/or co-workers. I welcome the chance to work with you and look forward helping you reach your therapeutic goals.
