Eddie Ruiz
MA, AMFT, APCC
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating depression, anxiety, trauma,
and substance use. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish.
I strive to meet people where they are with honesty, warmth, and curiosity. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin to understand your story without judgment.
I know what it’s like to carry pain that feels too heavy, to hold things in because you think no one will understand. Therapy, to me, is not about fixing what’s “wrong” but exploring what hurts, what was silenced, and what still needs care. Healing is not quick or simple, but it’s possible. I use a mix of approaches shaped by your needs because no two people heal the same way.
This work is about connection. It’s about being seen and heard in ways that help you remember who you are beneath the pain. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a place to start. I would be honored to walk beside you as you begin that journey.
