Hayley Lovette

MA, Marriage and Family Therapist

I specialize in therapy for children, adolescents, young adult women, adults, couples, and families. I am trained in Somatic EMDR.

I am an Oregon and California based clinician specializing in therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I am certified in Somatic EMDR and trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS). I enjoy working with individuals of all ages who desire to heal from trauma and helping those who feel "stuck" in their progress. I offer a person-centered approach and integrate various therapeutic approaches, including Mindfulness, ACT, CBT, IFS parts work, and Polyvagal theory. I enjoy utilizing Gottman and Imago methods for couples and Narrative and Play therapy for children.

I provide a holistic and personalized approach to meet the unique needs of each client. As a person who has overcome health struggles and hormonal imbalance challenges, I am passionate about helping others find balance not only within their mind, but also within their body. As we are composed of mind, body and spirit, I meet you exactly where you need to be met in your healing journey - regardless of your spiritual or religious beliefs.

My goal is to create a supportive and healing environment where individuals, couples, and families can find resilience and growth. As your therapist, I will offer compassion, empathy, reflection, and support you in your growth by providing gentle challenges.

I consider it an honor to help facilitate the process of inner healing for others in this life. Let’s face it, life can be beautiful, messy, sometimes painful, lonely, and confusing at times. Finding someone who you feel safe with in walking alongside your journey is such a blessing and advantage when it comes to asking the big questions of life. I am passionate about working with individuals who understand the value of reflecting and gaining self-awareness in order to find clarity, discernment, fulfillment, and direction in their walk.

Throughout your time with me you will gain insight about your ‘parts’, thought patterns, behaviors and traumas; learn how to regulate your nervous system; develop safety within your body and understand how the body stores and releases trauma; harness the power of conscious communication; develop more mindfulness and presence in your daily life; and understand how your goals and values are interconnected with your self-concept. Together we can help you feel more in alignment, at peace, lighter, and clearer about your time here in this life. You are the only one that can walk your own journey – it’s an honor to walk alongside you!
