Helene Schmitt
MA, AMFT
I work with couples, individuals, families, and teens, with a special focus on relationship dynamics, self-esteem, highly sensitive individuals, and the experiences of immigrants and multicultural clients.
My approach is relational, grounded, and emotionally attuned, drawing from EFT, psychodynamic, Gestalt, and somatic approaches to help clients better understand themselves and their patterns in relationships. I have experience supporting LGBTQ+ couples and non monogamous relationships, and I approach cultural differences with curiosity, respect, and awareness of the systems and values that shape each person’s experience. I prioritize creating a safe and collaborative space where clients can slow down, deepen insight, and build more connected and authentic relationships with themselves and others.
