I am passionate about working with people who feel deeply yet struggle to navigate intensity in a world that often rewards disconnection or performance. I welcome clients who have often felt like they “don’t quite fit in,” as well as those whose identities, relationships, or life experiences might fall outside traditional frameworks.

When working with me, you can expect warmth, encouragement, and honesty. Sessions will feel like a dialogue. As your co-pilot, I’ll bring thoughtful questions, insights, and practical tools to help you better understand yourself, your patterns, and feel more empowered. My approach is integrative: some modalities help us make meaning through reflection and insight, while others invite us to slow down and connect with what’s happening in our heart and body in the present moment.

My clinical work is also informed by my own lived experiences as an immigrant (born and raised in France), a former tech worker, and a long-term partner in a mixed-culture marriage. When I’m not working, I like dancing, deep talk after hours, and curating Spotify playlists based on fleeting feelings.
