Jason Henderson
MA, AMFT, APCC
I work with children, teens, adults, and families, supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and a range of emotional and behavioral challenges.
My experience includes working in school settings, supporting youth in both everyday and higher risk situations. I bring a calm, grounded presence to my work, helping clients feel safe and supported.
I view therapy as the work of supporting my community in cultivating greater wellbeing, resilience, and meaningful connection. I support people in understanding themselves within relationships, culture, and environment while moving toward lives that feel more aligned with their values, strengths, and preferred ways of living.
My clinical approach is grounded in a client-centered, trauma-informed stance that integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered, and Family Systems perspectives. I work collaboratively with clients and families, providing a supportive environment where experiences can be explored at a pace that feels manageable and respectful of each person’s needs.
I cherish this work of witnessing people in the truth of their lived experience and accompanying them toward greater clarity, meaning, and connection with themselves and others.
