Jessica Castellanos
MA, AMFT
I'm a relational and depth-oriented therapist who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity transitions, and major life changes.
I'm especially drawn to working with people who feel stuck in patterns they can't quite explain, or who know something needs to change but aren't sure where to begin.
I approach therapy as a collaborative space where we slow down, look closely at the patterns shaping your life, and make sense of the deeper forces behind them. I integrate psychodynamic and attachment-based perspectives with practical tools to support emotional regulation, insight, and more secure relationships.
My style is warm, direct, and grounded. I pay close attention to moments of avoidance or hesitation and often name them in the room, because those moments can reveal important parts of the work. I work especially well with clients who are thoughtful, curious about their inner world, and open to exploring both the deeper roots of their struggles and the practical steps toward meaningful change.
