Juliet Rodriguez

MA, ASW

I work with children, teens, young adults, parents, and families who are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and life transitions.

As a clinical social worker and therapist, my approach is rooted in creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported. I believe that healing happens through connection and partnership, and my role is to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and respect. You are the expert in your own life—I’m here to help you tap into your strengths, tools, and inner wisdom.

I work with young children, adolescents, teens, and adults, and I am deeply committed to serving diverse communities. I have experience supporting women, LGBTQ+ individuals, people of color, and families—including those raising children with special needs. I am also trained in Positive Parenting and the Nurtured Heart Approach, which I often incorporate when working with parents who are seeking guidance, connection, and more effective ways of supporting their child’s emotional and behavioral needs.

Before entering private practice, I spent 25 years working in a hospital setting providing education and emotional support to expecting and new parents, breastfeeding clients, families navigating chronic conditions, and individuals engaged in life-care planning. These experiences shaped my belief that every person’s story deserves care, dignity, and compassion.

My clinical work focuses on helping people navigate depression, anxiety, trauma—including generational trauma—grief, identity exploration, and major life transitions. As a first-generation Filipino American, I understand how identity, culture, migration stories, family expectations, and generational trauma can shape our experiences in both beautiful and challenging ways. Whether you’re facing overwhelming stress, adjusting to a new chapter, or healing from long-carried wounds, we will move at your pace, following your goals and what matters most to you.

I draw from a blend of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, I tailor our work based on your needs, your history, and your hopes for the future. Together, we will explore patterns, build skills, and create a path forward that feels empowering and sustainable.

My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can breathe more deeply, discover new perspectives, and feel supported. We’ll do this together—with gentleness, honesty, and a shared commitment to your growth.

I look forward to meeting you.
