Michelle (Ting Jui) Huang

MA, AMFT

I’m passionate about supporting individuals, families, and couples navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. In addition to ACT, DBT, IFS, mindfulness and somatic approaches, I also integrate creative interventions such as Expressive Arts and Play Therapy to help clients express and process their emotions and experiences. I value collaboration, cultural responsiveness, and creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel understood, validated, and empowered to grow. Dedicated to helping clients build tools that support long-term healing and well-being, I find it inspiring to witness their growth and transformation; many have shared that they left my office feeling hopeful, motivated, and empowered.
