Nicole Greenwood
MA, LMFT
I am a clinical supervisor and therapist and currently focus on providing therapy to first responders, military, young adults, and families. I also work with adults and teenagers who have experienced traumatic childhoods, relational trauma, and family conflict.
I am passionate about working with individuals who want to explore parent-child attachment dynamics as adults, practice self-compassion in relationships with friends, intimate partners, and family, and develop behavior change skills.
My experience includes treating depression, anxiety, family of origin-relational dynamics, mood disorders, trauma, identity, bi/multi-racial dynamics and mind to body connection. In therapy, our goals can include resolving intrusive thoughts and healing relational wounds stemming from past experiences.
My aim is to provide therapy that offers consistency, allowing ample time to build on behavioral changes and process past experiences. We work collaboratively to identify maladaptive behavioral patterns (unwanted behaviors) that developed in response to a history of trauma, relational trauma, exposure to traumatic events, or any form of perceived harm.
