I am passionate about treating children, teens, adolescents, and young adults, and supporting them as they navigate personal, emotional, and life challenges. I specialize in working with individuals with complex needs, especially those experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and/or navigating major life transitions. I have experience working with at-risk youth from underserved communities and provide services in both English and Spanish.

I take a trauma-informed, compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy, with a strong focus on early intervention and emotional awareness. My focus stems from understanding that our early life experiences influence how we feel, shape who we are, and how we move through the world. When those experiences are painful or overwhelming, they can leave lasting effects on how we feel, how we relate to others, and how we cope. We know emotions often guide our reactions—but when left unprocessed, they can create patterns that interfere with our ability to function and connect in everyday life. I honor each person’s emotional experience—your feelings are always valid—and I work collaboratively to help clients name them, make sense of them, and process them, to promote new ways of thinking and facilitate emotional healing.

My approach is grounded in the belief that the therapeutic relationship helps set the foundation for meaningful, authentic work, and positive outcomes. My goal is to meet clients where they’re at and foster a nonjudgmental, nurturing, safe space—where healing can happen at the client's own pace. When clients feel truly seen, heard, and safe, that’s when they are positioned to thrive.
