I am EMDR trained and am passionate about working with individuals with anxiety, depression, attention deficit disorder, autism spectrum disorder, and complex post traumatic stress disorder. My goal is to provide efficacious treatment for individuals who would like to explore how childhood experiences have shaped their sense of self and their ability to navigate relationships and challenging life experiences. I work to help clients learn self-compassion, emotion regulation and skills to effectively manage life and improve their overall well-being. I also work with clients to explore purpose and meaning.

My specialities include treating depression, anxiety, and trauma. I help couples learn to communicate more effectively and gain empathy toward each other. I work with clients to explore multiple dimensions of wellness to improve overall well-being and life satisfaction. My approach is person centered and humanistic. I believe clients are the experts in their lives and I work with them to create a more satisfying life.

Other modalities that I use are spiritual and mindfulness based practices, CBT, existential therapy, and Gottman Couples therapy. Goals are specific to each individual, including building upon your strengths, personal growth, increasing self-awareness and self esteem. My personal style is warm and empathetic. I use an integrative approach utilizing a variety of treatment modalities, uniquely tailored to each individual's needs.
