Rebecca Press
MA, LMFT
I work with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and relationship conflict. I am trained in EMDR.
I’m especially drawn to supporting clients who feel stuck or are seeking greater purpose and meaning in their lives. My therapeutic style is warm, grounded, and reflective, rooted in EMDR and existential principles to help clients explore their inner experiences and build deeper self-awareness. I value creating a collaborative and trusting space where clients can slow down, feel seen, and develop tools for healing and growth.
