MA, LMFT

I have experience working with a variety of populations; however, my true passion lies in working with individuals dealing with eating disorders with anxiety, depression, & PTSD.

I have experience working with a variety of populations; however, my true passion lies in working with individuals dealing with eating disorders and the co-morbid diagnosis that can come with them including anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I am versed in the modalities of play therapy, CBT, and DBT, but above all I am person-centered. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is fundamental in healing. Therapy is not a one size fits all model, so I am dedicated to providing individualized treatment to all my clients in order for them to focus on being their best selves.
