I work with individuals, families, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and LGBTQIA+ experiences.
I work with individuals, families, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and trauma, with a special focus on supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. My approach is affirming and collaborative, aiming to create a safe and inclusive space where clients can explore their experiences and move toward healing. I integrate an eclectic approach with Internal Family Systems as well as additional modalities. I tailor therapy to each client’s needs, drawing on evidence-based practices to support growth, strengthen relationships, and build resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
