Hello, my fellow worthy human! I’m so honored to cross paths with you. My first intention as a therapist is to welcome you and to thank you for your willingness to grow, heal, and unburden yourself from ways of being that no longer serve you.

I am well aware that many of us find ourselves seeking out support due to not feeling like we can hold much more on our own, and I’m here to tell you that you are right. We cannot coexist in isolation from others, ourselves, our story, or our pain. In my personal and professional experience, transformational healing is relational healing, within ourselves, and between others.

I have a diverse background in trauma informed care, internal family systems, mindful self compassion, body based interventions, mindfulness, meditation, DBT, and pride myself on collaborating with each of my clients to create a holistic approach to healing that uniquely fits you and your body's needs.

I specialize in supporting wonderful humans, teens, young adults, and adults in recovery from eating disorders, disordered eating, body grief, body image, survivors of narcissistic abuse, work burn out, intimate partner stressors, supporters of loved ones in recovery, gender identity, relational trauma, anxiety, and depression.
