I treat children, teens, and adults, specializing in trauma within South Asian and Asian communities, using EMDR, CBT, DBT, and parts work.
I am a clinician with experience treating children, teens, and adults, bringing a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by South Asian and Asian communities. My background includes working in schools, which has given me valuable insight into the needs of students and their families. I specialize in trauma treatment, utilizing EMDR to help clients heal from their past experiences. In addition, I incorporate CBT, DBT, and parts work into my therapeutic approach, tailoring each session to meet the individual needs of my clients. I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, high-functioning autism, ADHD, and life transitions, particularly with older clients and retirees. My goal is to provide a supportive and culturally sensitive environment that fosters growth and resilience.
