Sue Markham
MS, AMFT
I work with teens, young adults, children, adults, and families, supporting anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges.
I bring a calm, compassionate, and collaborative energy to the therapy space and feel passionate about supporting teens, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My work is grounded in ACT, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and behavioral activation, and I approach therapy with flexibility and cultural humility, letting clients take the lead while offering tools that fit their unique needs. I’ve worked in school-based, probation, and community mental health settings, and I care deeply about creating a safe, supportive, and structured space where clients feel seen and respected. While I especially enjoy working with ages 12–25, I also welcome children, adults, and families into the therapy space and strive to support clients across the lifespan.
