Tessa Aycock

MA, ASW

I work with children, teens, adults, and transitional age youth, with a particular interest in supporting clients through anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

Hello, I’m Tessa, an Associate Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Social Work. My clinical experience includes crisis intervention and supporting individuals living with complex mental health diagnoses. This work has shaped my ability to meet you where you are while honoring your unique experiences, strengths, and capacity for growth.

I take a collaborative, person-centered approach to therapy, walking alongside you as you explore your experiences, develop healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful change. My goal is to create a safe, grounded, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are. I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, OCD, and trauma.

I believe healing isn’t about changing who you are—it’s about understanding yourself more deeply, recognizing your strengths, and creating space for the life you want to live.
