I am an associate marriage and family therapist with a background in community mental health and acute care. I bring a grounded, compassionate approach to my work with individuals and couples across a wide range of ages and backgrounds. Rooted in a deep belief in the healing power of connection and self-awareness, I aim to support clients in rediscovering their most authentic selves and help them to live in alignment with what brings them meaning and fulfillment. I find profound inspiration in the stories people carry, and I view therapy as a collaborative space where those stories can be explored, reframed, and re-authored in ways that empower growth and healing.

My approach is integrative, drawing from narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), as well as parts work to help clients reconnect to their truest selves. I also incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic theory to support a well-rounded, individualized process. Whether navigating deep trauma or everyday anxieties, I offer a space that encourages curiosity, non-judgment, empathy and resilience. I am particularly passionate about working with clients who are looking to face challenges with openness and courage.
