I am a Santa Cruz, California native, artist, and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. With a deep appreciation for nature and travel, I bring a grounded and creative presence to my therapeutic work. Drawing from narrative therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I take an integrative approach tailored to each client’s unique needs.
