Therapy is a partnership between the client and the therapist. It is important that we both are working towards the same goal and that you feel comfortable enough to be honest and open to my help. Creating a partnership will help us make progress together and empower you to be aware of your potential.
As a therapist, I work with you to help you identify your desires and empower you to make those positive changes in your life. Deciding to seek help can be difficult, so I use a compassionate, direct, and non-judgmental approach to help create a safe environment where you feel comfortable sharing and seeking support in your counseling journey. Starting this journey or wanting to make a change can sometimes feel overwhelming. However, I am here to support you and walk alongside you each step of the way.
