I am passionate about treating children, teens, adults, and families struggling with mood disorders, trauma, and substance use. I provide services in English and Spanish.
I am devoted to supporting children, adolescents, and adults in my clinical work. I utilize CBT, DBT, ACT, and person centered modalities. I am passionate about supporting people in identifying and achieving their personal goals. In session, I embody a supportive, caring, and understanding attitude in my work. I see therapeutic work through a collaborative lens, and truly enjoy working with clients to support them in using their strengths to overcome their challenges, navigate their traumas, and connect with their vision of a fulfilled life.
My past experience includes working with young children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. In my experience, I have supported clients with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use challenges. As a mental health therapist, I also prioritize cultural competency. At this time, I provide services in both English and Spanish. My experience with latino culture informs my work through cultural values that help me in relating to clients with multicultural issues. Throughout all my work as a clinician, I value building relationships with my clients and supporting my clients to express themselves in a nonjudgmental and caring space.
